home inspections for Las
Cruces - I
grew up there but live elsewhere now. I liked the look
of his website and gave him a call. Gary answered all
of my questions, made it clear he would be advocating
for US, the buyers, and made me feel at ease, so I
scheduled an appointment. Gary was
early and had already walked around the property when I
arrived. When we got started, Gary explained
how the process would work. He began a thorough review
of each part of the home, explained as he went, and
answered all of my questions. Because of the weather,
he was unable to examine the roof, and came back not
once but two additional times to do so! Gary’s
report was comprehensive and honest, and all of his
feedback was valuable. He is knowledgeable about all
the key aspects of a home and wants to provide solid
information so that a buyer can feel comfortable and be
armed with the needed information to make the right
decision. He was conscientious, courteous, and went WAY
above and beyond for us on this home, which happened to
have a fair number of issues to document. I would
recommend Gary highly
